Graphic Designer

Do you want to put your design skills to work, creating the first point of contact for tens of millions of potential users who will see our social media ads? We are looking for a data-curious Graphic Designer to join our highly skilled scale-up team in Tampere, where we are building the future of learning English with AI.

From AI-powered ad banners to scroll-stopping social posts, you will have the opportunity to experiment, learn, and directly influence the growth of our global app, which is currently available in most LATAM countries and the USA, with recent launches in Brazil, the DACH region, Spain, and Italy.

This role is offered as an initial 1-year fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension. Your role will involve creating engaging ad banners using AI-powered tools, designing eye-catching social media posts, and contributing to other graphic design projects as needed. With our ads reaching tens of millions worldwide, you will directly shape the look and feel of what they see.

You will  be part of our fast-moving marketing team, getting support and feedback from our Lead Visual Designer. We move quickly — creating banners and ad creatives, testing what works, and optimizing with data. Throughout, you’ll have clear guidance and a supportive team by your side.

Our spacious office is located in the beautiful Tampella area at Verstaankatu 1, 33100 Tampere. We value teamwork and close collaboration, which is why we work together at the office on Mondays and Wednesdays, while other days offer flexibility for remote work. Work takes place during regular office hours, with flexible start times between 7–9  and finish times between 15–17. The salary range for this position is 3000-3800 €/month.

Key responsibilities:

• Creating impactful ad banners for our social media channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) by using AI-powered tools.

• Contributing to the visual aspect of your social media presence.

• Working closely together with our in-house growth marketing and user acquisition team to ensure optimal content and creative assets performance.

What do we expect from you?

• Previous experience in graphic design: We are looking for someone with hands-on design experience (at least 3–5 years preferred), but if you have a strong portfolio and the drive to grow fast, we would love to hear from you.

• Experience in working with AI tools in ad creation (i.e., Midjourney, DALL-E)

• Ability and interest to learn new tools quickly.

• Proactive and independent attitude towards work to achieve our agreed-upon, data-oriented goals.

• Excellent teamwork skills and openness to both giving and receiving feedback.

• BA or MA or a degree from another relevant field (e.g., visual communication design).

• Strong English communication skills for effective collaboration with both technical and creative colleagues.

An outstanding applicant would also have:

• Further interest in AI and how to utilize it in your daily work.

• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, 3D tools.
